Q. What is the minimum length of rental?
A. Normally this is 7 nights for but we will be happy to discuss a shorter rental period.

Q. What is the depth and size of the pool for Casa Bedrock?
A. The pool is graduated 4.4" to 5.10". It is 73 cubic meters

Q. What size and depth of the pool for Casa Lucia?
A. 3.3m wide 6.9m long & 0.8 metres to 1.5m deep.

Q. Where is Casa Lucia situated?
A.37° 6'19.37"N 8° 0'32.99"W

Q. Where is Casa Bedrock situated?
A. We are a 10 minute drive from the historical town of Loule which is situated in the centre of the Algarve on the south coast of Portugal 15 mins drive from faro Airport, Approx 2 miles north of A22, 3 miles south of east Loule.

Q. Can we hold a villa whilst you check flight availability?
A. Yes, normally for 24 hours - just give us a call.

Q. What are your payment terms?
A. 25% deposit on booking, balance paid in full 8 weeks prior to travel.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. Bank transfers and cheques.

Q. What does the rental price include?
A. The price is for the villa rental is on weekly basis. A nightly rate can be negotiated. Flights and car hire are not included. We can however recommend car hire. We will be happy to arrange transfers from the airport.

Q. What services are included?
A. Linen, house towels, fresh bed linen weekly. The pool & garden maintenance are all included.

Q. What is not included?
A. This is indicated on the villa description. Additional services such as beach towels & extra maid service are not included. If you choose to use the air conditioning throughout your stay, there will be a charge of £60.00 per week. If the electricity exceeds a reasonable usage of 10kw’s per day then an additional charge will be made of 20 pence per kw hour. This is to avoid the air conditioning been left on unnecessarily whilst you are out and also throughout the night

Q. Is there anything else to pay?
A. Yes, we require a security deposit of £350.00. This will be fully refunded within 2 weeks of your return to the UK subject to no damages taking place.

Q.Can we smoke inside the villas?
A. No smoking is not permitted inside the villas.

Q. Can you arrange for extra beds for additional party members?
A. We can arrange additional fold away beds & cots for children. There will be a small cost payable (price on applicationonly).

Q. How do I calculate the price?
A. The rental price is calculated on a weekly basis. Please call or email to discuss if you want a daily rate. Please see Casa Bedrocks & Casa San Lucia's rental costs

Q. What is the changeover day?
A. Normally changeover day is on a Saturday however we can be flexible outside peak season. For more information on changeover days please contact us on UK 01564 700071/ 07968 962588 .

Q. What if we have to cancel?
A. Please refer our terms and conditions.

Q. How far is it to walk into Loule town centre from Casa Bedrock?
A. 40 mins

Q. How far is it to walk to the local shop from Casa Bedrock?
A. 30-40 mins walk

Q. Do you have offer a private chef and chauffeur services?
A. Yes, we can offer these services at a cost of;
Private chef from E60 for breakfast E 100 for evening meal + cost of food that well collect ,special rates for the day or week.
Private chauffeur from E 80 per day per car plus fuel

Q. Can we hire golf clubs?
A. Yes, It costs £ 80 to take clubs on plane.
